Year of neglect plagued this house in Duluth.  The owners wanted the rustic look of the railroad ties so we removed the old ones (about 20 total) and put in new ties.  The result came out nice.

The trim on this deck was originally built from non-pressure treated pine and was never primed or painted.  We removed all the pine and rebuilt it using exterior rated MDF.  After two coats of primer and three coats of a quality exterior paint and it was as good as new!

This customer was prepared to face the costs of a full shower replacement, but after a quick restoration the shower was good as new, at a greatly reduced cost.

The owners of this 1860 era house decided to restore the house rather than rebuild it to preserve its historical qualities. After new concrete siding, decking and railing, and a complete paint job the restoration was complete while still retaining that old world look.
